Can I create my store for free?
Yes. The basic Free Store setup is offered without a setup fee. You can register, choose a theme, list products and manage COD orders.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You can set up your shop, add product photos and manage orders from your seller dashboard without coding.
Will buyers need to create an account?
No. Customers can browse your shop and place cash-on-delivery orders without a buyer account.
Can I decide customer delivery charges?
Yes. Set separate Inside Valley and Outside Valley delivery charges for your own shop. These are seller-defined customer fees, not official NeerXpress courier tariffs.
Does NeerXpress automatically ship my orders?
Not yet. Courier merchant linking and automatic parcel booking are separate services pending verification and integration. For now, sellers arrange fulfillment or use the available request workflow where applicable.
Can I use my own shop name and branding?
Yes. Choose a unique shop address, store name, logo, theme, product photos and promotional banners. Shop links currently use the /shop/your-name URL format.
